1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of our digital platforms, purchase of aerospace-grade aluminum products, custom quote consulting, and CAD blueprint downloads provided by bestofscoutstacks (München, Germany).
By browsing this catalog, launching the dynamic rig simulator, or initiating a Munich checkout sequence, you fully agree to adhere to these structural covenants.
2. Custom Engineering Proposals & Estimates
The "Expedition Lab" represents a highly accurate 2D visual layout mockup. Weight assessments, vertical lock alignment verifications, and volumetric capacities are mathematically simulated values. Real-world vehicle payload capabilities remain the exclusive safety responsibility of the individual operator.
Custom setups fabricated under customized physical dimensions require comprehensive manual confirmation before manufacturing begins at our Bavarian assembly centers.
3. The 25-Year Service Focus Promise
Our commitment to circular eco-engineering ensures that all core rivets, locking hooks, synthetic rubber seals, and corner brackets remain replaceable. The physical aluminum shell of our cases is guaranteed against structural fatigue under normal wild trail use for a period of 25 years. This warranty does not cover aesthetic scoring, surface scratches, or impact fractures resulting from vehicular collisions.
4. Shipping, Customs, & Munich Collections
Standard delivery routes utilize green logistic protocols out of our Munich fulfillment centers. Risk of transit shifts to the buyer upon handover to the primary carbon-neutral carrier. Local pickup at our Leopoldstraße headquarters is available by reservation.
5. Place of Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from online transactions, design files, or hardware performance is Munich, Germany (Amtsgericht München).
